There are a total 217 properties being developed at the village, including 9 Bungalows, 95 one bedroom flats and 113 two bedroom flats. 175 properties are currently being allocated by the Headrow team working with nominations from the City Council. The 30 shared ownership properties have been sold.

Headrow will provide management and maintenance services for residents and will work in partnership with the city council and the Extra Care Charitable Trust who will provide care and support services.
