What are the different ways I can pay my rent / service charge?

Your rent / service charge payment is due in advance.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent / service charge and you have the following choices:

DIRECT DEBIT

We'll take your rent straight from your bank account and we will let you know 4 weeks in advance about any changes in rent / service charge changes and this change will be done automatically. You can request a direct debit form online or please contact our Customer Service Team.

Please note: If you are on housing benefit Direct Debit is not possible.

STANDING ORDER

You instruct your bank to pay us automatically from your bank account, but you must remember to tell your bank about any rent / service charge changes. You can request a standing order form online or please contact our Customer Service Team.

GIRO BOOK

You can pay at the post office using a Headrow giro book. Please contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a giro book.

PAYING IN BOOK

You can pay at your bank using a Headrow paying-in book. Please contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a paying-in book.

HOUSING BENEFIT

Housing Benefit can be paid direct to Headrow taking away the hassle for you.

CHEQUE

You can send a cheque via the post or pay at our office. Please ensure you write your name and address on the back of the cheque.

POSTAL ORDER

You can send a postal order via the post or pay at our office. Please ensure you write your name and address on the back of the postal order.

CASH

You can pay at our office with cash. Please do not send cash through the post.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS

If you wish to make a card payment our Customer Service Team are able to accept payment over the telephone or at our offices.

ALL PAY 
You can pay using an Allpay card at the Post Office, Shops or via text. To request an Allpay card please contact our Customer Service Team.
