RESIDENT BOARD ARTICLE FOR ARENA HOMES IN-SIGHT NEWSLETTER (SUMMER EDITION)
COME ON - GET ON BOARD!
We want to put residents at the heart of everything we do at arena, and already we have residents involved in our maintenance committee, inspecting our services, at forums debating new policies for example, and creating this newsletter!!!. But we want to provide more opportunity for residents to really influence services and how they are delivered.
Over the last few months’ staff have been working with residents to develop the idea of an Arena group wide Resident Board. Details are still be worked through but we wanted to give residents as much notice of this exciting development as early as possible so they could think about how they could be involved and request more information.
As we have said details are still being worked out but the Resident Board will likely have responsibility for; the resident inspection team and maintenance committee, oversee performance across the group from a resident’s viewpoint, review and approve group wide strategic operational policies impacting on residents.
