Stock Condition Survey 2008

STOCK CONDITION SURVEY 2008 – ARCUS CONSULTING

Headrow Ltd. has appointed Arcus Consulting to undertake a property stock condition survey on our behalf.

The surveys will take place during July and August 2008, and will be carried out to approximately one third of Headrow’s properties. These will include a number of different types of homes, including houses and flats throughout the geographical area in which Headrow operates.

Stock condition surveys are essential to organisations like Headrow Ltd. for prioritising and programming ongoing and future asset management and improvement work. They also assist us to ensure our homes are compliant with all relevant building, housing, and health and safety legislation.
