The Customer Service Team plays a leading role in helping Headrow achieve the highest standards of customer service by effectively responding to and resolving most of our customer's enquiries as their first point of contact with the Association.
The team deal with all incoming calls and visitors. They aim to be able to provide an immediate answer to 70% of customer enquiries. This means whether its reporting a repair, making a rent enquiry, asking about a re-housing, or making a complaint the customer service team will be able to give a response.
We call back a small percentage of people who have used the service as part of our customer feedback processes. In this way we will be able to find out how effective the team are, what our customer think of the services and any areas for improvement.
