We have a detailed Equality & Diversity action plan, in order to continually improve our performance and service delivery.

Committee

Our Equality and Diversity committee is made up of the following members:

  • Steve Cohen (Resident Board member)

  • Jeff Windsor (Board member)
  • David Twitchen (Chief Executive)

  • Hayley Giles (Business Improvement Manager)

This committee meets twice a year and monitors Headrow progress against the E & D action plan.

We also have a representative who attends the Arena Group wide steering Group, in order to promote E & D across the whole of the Arena group and to look at training and development for staff, good practise and monitoring of key performance indicators.

Within Headrow we have an internal staff-working group made up of staff from different departments. The role of this group is to practically take forward the action plan and aid the understanding of E & D among staff.

Satisfaction Surveys

In order to monitor our performance and satisfaction levels of our residents we carry out regular satisfaction surveys, and report these to our Operations Committee.

Recent News

We are currently reviewing and updating our contractor's questionnaire and monitoring process.
