Headrow currently have a list of quality approved contractors that we employ to carry out various types of property service work to our homes. To ensure we provide a best value service to our customers we are continually monitoring and reviewing our approved contractors performance.
We actively encourage high quality contractors who can provide both property and estate based services to apply for approved contractor status.
The aims of adopting a recruitment policy is to ensure that all requirements as specified by the Housing Corporation are met and Headrow must demonstrate probity when selecting and appointing contractors.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome contractor applications from all sections of the community.
Applications can be made in writing addressed to the Maintenance & Repairs Manager or by e-mail at admin@headrow.org.uk.
On receipt of your initial enquiry we will forward you a contractors questionnaire application pack.
All sections of the questionnaire must be fully completed, signed and returned to the Maintenance & Repairs Manager, at our Head Office - Ingots Building, Cemetery Road, Yeadon, Leeds, LS19 7UP.
Once your application has been processed you will be contacted and notified in writing if you have been successfully added to our approved contractors list.
